Overview

To be eligible for a refund or return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns on products that have been opened.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

If you would like to receive a refund on an online order, please email pam@swedehilldistilling.com. We cannot guarantee your refund will be processed and encourage you to provide details for your request. Please note that we can only offer refunds on unopened products.

Exchanges

If your product arrives damaged, our team is happy to assist with an exchange. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at pam@swedehilldistilling.com and our team will assist you.
